The Spirit Bloweth Where It Listeth by Jo S. Stacey. Original painting in Winsor & Newton Oil on stretched canvas, framed in brown floating frame and ready to hang.
Signed on the front.
The lessons from this year are many. The only voice that has become stronger for me, the voice of greatest value, is one we have all heard. Sometimes via distraction or application of logic we have ignored it. It tries again to reach us and we have followed it and seen the results. The Great Spirit. The Holy Spirit. It has many names. It can seem elusive, and perhaps it is - blowing like the wind, it flies where it chooses. When you hear it, you may not know where it came from, or where it is going next, but you know to take it seriously.
To seek it out - to be such that it wants to be near and visit you is the greatest journey. When you listen closely and let it guide you it makes its home within you. And that surely is the greatest of achievements. The world sparkles and you are filled with a joyous mischief for life and a deep creativity.
Thank you Lord
I hope you all love this piece as much as I do.
